Method statement & QA

How we take a project from design intent to a validated system

Four execution stages, four quality gates, and a documented handover — the same discipline whether it is a new fit-out or a retro-fit on a live facility.

The four execution stages

01

Design validation

We study your requirement, design intent and technical specification, then visit site to collect drawings and design inputs before any equipment is selected.

  • Cooling load and air flow calculations for each control zone
  • Psychrometric analysis, reheat figures and apparatus dew point selection
  • Verification of pumping head, fan static pressure, electrical load and filtration need
  • Shop and layout drawings coordinated with architects and other utilities
02

Procurement & coordination

Purchase orders are placed against approved drawings, with material tracked and vendors coordinated against the agreed delivery schedule.

  • Internal material request raised from released drawings
  • Material chasing and follow-up against the project bar chart
  • Inspection coordinated at the manufacturer’s works
  • Vendor data and drawings collected and filed
03

Site execution

A project manager and site engineer lead supervisors and associates across every trade, with a separate team held back for commissioning.

  • Sheet metal ducting, thermal and acoustic insulation
  • Piping, equipment installation and instrumentation
  • Electrical work and panel terminations
  • Second team dedicated to dry run, commissioning and balancing
04

Commissioning, testing & handover

Nothing is handed over until it has been proven against the design parameters it was engineered to meet.

  • Megger test on panels, cables, motors and earthing continuity
  • Panel energising and dry run for correct rotation
  • Air and water balancing across the system
  • Validation against design parameters, handover documents and as-built drawings

In-house design management

Design work stays with us

We have in-house designing facilities to cater to the specific needs of our esteemed customers as demand emerges. Design and load calculations are run on software, equipment is selected against the approved technical specification, and drawings are produced and released from our own team.

  • Drawing work — AutoCADShop and layout drawings, air and water flow schematics with valve, strainer, control valve and instrumentation details.
  • Design calculationsLoad calculations on software, plus selection of fans and cooling coils to the required rating.
  • CoordinationDrawings coordinated with architects and other utilities, and inputs provided for work outside our battery limits.

Project & quality management

Monitoring progress

For each project a detailed activity bar chart is prepared. Based on site priorities and work-flow sequence, a time frame is provided for each activity. Remedial measures are taken to control items behind schedule, and critical hold points are identified right at the beginning — particularly in areas where interaction with other services is involved.

  • Activity bar chart per projectTime frames set against site priorities and the sequence of work.
  • Internal quality check listsTrade-wise check lists for ducting, piping and equipment installation, used with the approved drawings to inspect completed work.
  • Critical hold pointsIdentified at the outset wherever our scope interacts with other services.

Internal quality assurance

Four gates every project passes

Quality assurance is not a final inspection. It is applied at material receipt, during installation, before commissioning and at balancing.

GATE 01

Compliance of material specification

  • Verification of test certificates for bought-out items
  • Random inspection and verification against the purchase specification
GATE 02

Inspection of installed work at site

  • Compliance of work with approved drawings
  • Check list used to assure completeness
  • Coordination with other agencies confirmed
  • Pressure testing of piping before insulation
GATE 03

Inspection before commissioning

  • Correct water piping connection verified
  • Phase sequence checked
  • Pump alignment and belt tension checked
  • Correct rotation of pumps and fans
  • No-load current of motors recorded
GATE 04

Testing, air and water balancing

  • Air and water balancing across the system
  • Validation of the system against design parameters
  • Submission of handover documents and as-built drawings

Common questions

What clients usually ask us first

We are based in Faridabad, Haryana, and our teams of engineers, supervisors and technicians perform project and service activities across India as well as abroad.

Yes. We have in-house designing facilities: AutoCAD drawing work, design and load calculations run on software, and selection of fans and cooling coils. Nothing is procured until the calculations and drawings are approved.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning. In practice that runs from design validation and equipment selection, through procurement against approved drawings and site execution, to dry run, air and water balancing, validation against design parameters, and handover with as-built drawings.

Yes — retro-fit jobs are part of our regular scope. Work is sequenced around your shutdown windows, and critical hold points where we interact with other services are identified at the start of the programme.

Balancing records, validation of the system against its design parameters, handover documents and as-built drawings — along with the quality check lists completed during installation.

For each project a detailed activity bar chart is prepared. Based on site priorities and work-flow sequence, a time frame is set for each activity, and remedial measures are taken to control items running behind schedule.

Yes. We provide preventive maintenance and repair services across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting systems, including scheduled inspection, cleaning and servicing.

Send us the drawings or the scope of work. Our engineers review the requirement, run the necessary calculations and return an itemised proposal — call +91 88006 40586 or write to 1worldcrafts@gmail.com.

Have a drawing, a tender or a site problem?

Send us the scope. Our engineers will review the requirement, run the calculations and come back with an itemised proposal — no obligation.
